Rhubarb Aperol Spritz

A summer twist on the classic Aperol Spritz. Rhubarb syrup adds a sweet, fruity element to the cocktail.

Ingredients

• 25ml Hardaker’s London Dry Gin
• 25ml Aperol
• 10ml Rhubarb syrup
• 150ml Ginger Ale or Soda Water

Method

• Pour the gin, Aperol and rhubarb syrup into a wine glass.
• Gently stir.
• Fill the glass with ice and pour over the ginger ale or soda water.
• Garnish with an orange wheel.
