Pink Flash

This makes a perfect cocktail for Valentine’s Day. The herbal notes from Licor 43 pair perfectly with the citrus and raspberry.

Ingredients

• 20ml Hardaker’s Pink Gin
• 20ml Lemon juice
• 20ml Licor 43
• 20ml Luxardo Maraschino
• Soda Water, to top up

Method

• Add all the ingredients, apart from the soda water, to a cocktail shaker
• Fill with ice and shake well.
• Pour into a glass and top up with the soda water.
• Garnish with a cherry.
