BREAKFAST MARTINI

The story goes that the bartender, Calabrese, developed the idea for the breakfast martini after his wife encouraged him to have some toast and marmalade one morning rather than his usual espresso.

Ingredients

• 50ml Hardaker’s Signature Gin
• 2 Barspoons of Marmalade
• 15ml Cointreau
• 15ml Lemon juice

Method

• Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
• Fill with ice and shake well until chilled.
• Strain into a chilled martini glass.
• Garnish with an orange wheel.
