LYCHEE GIMLET

An exotic gin cocktail. Lychee juice balances the tartness fresh lime in this take on the gimlet cocktail.

Ingredients

• 50ml Hardaker’s Signature Gin
• 50ml Lychee juice
• 15ml Lime juice
• 15ml Sugar syrup

Method

• Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
• Fill with ice and shake well until chilled.
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
• Garnish with a lychee.
