Dark ‘N’ Stormy

A simple, classic rum cocktail. Created more than 100 years ago when members of the Royal Navy added a splash of rum to their spicy homemade ginger beer.

Ingredients

• 50ml Hardaker’s Dark Rum
• 15ml Fresh lime juice
• 150ml Ginger Beer

Method

• Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add the rum.
• Pour in the ginger beer and lime juice.
• Stir with a bar spoon.
• Garnish with a lime wheel.
