Created in the 1970’s at the Aviary Bar as a welcome drink for guests. Named after the presence of tropical birds in the pool area that could be seen from the bar window.
The tropical elements, in the form of rum and pineapple juice, pair perfectly with the slightly bitter tone from the Campari.
