Pink French 75

Our take on the classic French 75 cocktail. Raspberries pair extremely well with the lemon.

Ingredients

• 30ml Hardaker’s Pink Gin
• 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15ml Sugar syrup
• 90ml Sparkling wine

Method

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Add the pink gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
• Shake vigorously to chill.
• Strain into a champagne flute and top up with the sparkling wine.
• Garnish with a lemon twist and raspberries.
