PINK NEGRONI

Our twist on the Negroni.
Softer, fruitier and slightly sweeter than the original.
This is a contemporary interpretation of the classic cocktail as well as a unique creation in its own right.

Ingredients

• 25ml Hardaker’s Pink Gin
• 25ml Aperol
• 25ml Belsazar Rosè Vermouth

Method

• Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
• Add the pink gin, Aperol and vermouth.
• Stir with a bar spoon until chilled.
• Garnish with rose buds and a slice of orange.
